Wellness/Fitness Assessment
We develop a regimen based on a 8-part "Wellness/Fitness
Assessment", consisting of:
• Lifestyle Questionnaire
• Cardiovascular Capacity
• Muscular Strength/Endurance
• Range of Motion Analysis
• Posture Analysis
• Anthropometrical Measurements
• Nutritional Assessment
• Body Composition Analysis
Based on the results of these tests we are able to design
and help you implement a lifelong program and a positive
attitude toward Total Fitness: Mental Fitness, Physical
Fitness, Nutritional Fitness.
Physical Intelligence will give you the knowledge and the
skill to reach and maintain your unique wellness potential.
We do this through an intense one to one approach that
produces real lasting change.
Our methods are multi-disciplinary, based on the science
of Exercise Physiology - Biomechanics and Kinesiology,
utilizing techniques such as Pilates Method, Yoga, Alexander
and Feldenkrais. |
