Wellness/Fitness Assessment
We develop a regimen based on a 8-part "Wellness/Fitness Assessment", consisting of:

• Cardiovascular Capacity
• Muscular Strength/Endurance
• Range of Motion Analysis
• Posture Analysis
• Anthropometrical Measurements
• Nutritional Assessment
• Body Composition Analysis

Based on the results of these tests we are able to design and help you implement a lifelong program and a positive attitude toward Total Fitness: Mental Fitness, Physical Fitness, Nutritional Fitness.
